Is evolution ruined for humans?

I don't claim to be a biologist, or an expert in the field of genetics (I haven't even finished the biology course in my high school class yet!). But I do think about the things I learn in my class. I'm fairly sure I'm the only kid who actually thinks about the stuff that I learn in class, but that's beside the point. I digress. I have learned a lot about how evolution works from my dad, and from public school education, but the one thing I have not yet seen people think about is how evolution also applies to humans. There are several intricacies that this involves that many people may pass, and I haven't fully explored what kinds of terrible genes we are letting through. I'm getting a bit ahead of myself here, but since you, the reader, needs to know about what evolution means to me, I will go ahead and explain it. Evolution is, quite simply put, a filter. The filter is survival of the fittest. We have made it possible for everyone to survive (at least in my country, the U.S.A.)! Everyone can survive on welfare, you are free to reproduce with your partner as much as you want/can, and even if you live in the shittiest environment in the entire country, you're still surviving and passing on your genes to the next generation. Now, I'm not saying that unfortunate situations don't occur, and people who are worthy of surviving don't die anyway. Things do happen. However, many 'unfortunate' incidents and situations can be traced to the general populations' innate inferiority. The world around us isn't like how it was thousands of years ago. You can't use your brain to pull a cart, you use your arms. But with the tools we have today, we should be more focused on creating an overall smarter and more well educated society with a higher capacity for intelligence. Society has ruined that process, and we have come to a standstill, with the cerebral individuals being at the top, and the unfortunate people at the bottom. The lower people can survive and pass on their unnecessary genes. Those who are slow should pass. The bottom line to all of this, is the filter has been blocked by sludge: society and socialist movement. Millions died in the 20th century. If it means the progression of humanity as a whole, let the killing begin. Inferiority is inhibition. Inhibition cannot be tolerated.

I know this post has an elitist touch to it. Most of the stuff I wrote in it was garnered from an extraordinary amount of variables, estimations, and downright guesses. I encourage you to take it with a grain of salt (if you haven't already).
